    • Completed and signed visa application form in original (short-stay form)
    • Copy of a valid travel document with validity of at least 3 months beyond departure and at least 2 blank pages
    • One passport-size photo not older than 1 month meeting ICAO standards
    • Proof of the purpose of stay in Kosovo
    • Proof of accommodation or proof of sufficient means to cover accommodation
    • Proof of sufficient financial means to cover the stay and return travel
    • Valid health insurance covering the entire period of stay in Kosovo
    • Payment of the 40 Euro visa fee (exempt for diplomatic/official passports, children under 6, and students/teachers on study visits)
