    FAQ

How long can I stay on a Tourist visa?
30 days from the date of entry. The visa itself is valid for 3 months from issue, meaning you must enter within that window.

Can I extend a Tourist visa?
Yes — once, per the Embassy's visa-types table. It cannot be renewed indefinitely like an Ordinary (E) extension of stay.

Can I work on a Tourist visa?
No. Employment is prohibited. Workers should enter on an Ordinary/Business (E) visa and extend into the appropriate category (e.g. EB).

Do I still get a sticker in my passport?
No. Since 3 October 2026 all visas are issued digitally and sent by e-mail; no sticker is placed in the passport.
