    How long can I stay on a Tourist Visa?
    The visa is valid for 1 year with multiple entries; each entry permits a stay of up to 3 months. An extension of stay may be permitted — contact SI Immigration well before the entry permit expires; the extension fee of US$100 is paid at the Finance & Treasury cashier in Solomon Islands.

    Can I work on a Tourist Visa?
    No. Work is not permitted on this visa class. Take up employment only under an employment visa supported by a Commissioner of Labour work permit.
