    FAQ

Do I need a visa to visit Seychelles?
No. ICS states a visa is not required for any passport holder, but you must still meet the Visitor's Permit criteria on arrival and hold a valid Travel Authorisation before departure.

How long can I stay as a visitor?
The permit is initially granted for up to 3 months and can be extended in successive periods of up to 3 months each to a maximum total of 12 months, provided you continue to meet the return-ticket, accommodation and funds criteria.

Can I work or run a business on a Visitor's Permit?
No. The permit covers holiday, pleasure, business visits and family visits, but not gainful occupation. Any paid or unpaid work, full-time or part-time, requires a Gainful Occupation Permit. To set up a business you need a GOP via the Seychelles Investment Board project-memorandum route.

What funds do I need to show?
ICS cites a minimum of US$150 or equivalent per day for the duration of the stay, plus confirmed accommodation and a return/onward ticket.
